Plant Manager

Airgas is hiring a Plant Manager in Shinnston, WV. The Plant Manager is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of all plant operations, including safe and compliant leadership of associate activities, production and repackaging of compressed and liquid gases, and coordination with associates to meet customer orders and fulfillment requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent and three to five years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 5 years of supervisory experience is required.
• Valid Driver’s License is required
• Ability to become forklift certified is required.
• Good computer skills are required.
• Ability to read and comprehend Safety Data Sheets and all other written communications is required.
