Plant Manager

Airgas is hiring a Plant Manager in Cleburne, TX. The Plant Manager will support the development of the site and guide the operation of industrial assets in safety, risk management, and reliability. The position requires 5+ years of experience in plant management and a strong knowledge of labor, environment, and occupational health and safety laws.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in plant management in industrial gas or chemical processes
• Strong knowledge of labor, environment, occupational health and safety laws
• Ability to travel 20 percent of the time as needed
• Ability to read and comprehend all written and computer generated documents
• Ability to operate a forklift and become forklift certified
• Valid employment authorization in the U.S.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (preferred)
• Prior operational and production experience (preferred)
• ASU experience (preferred)
• Prior SAP and Power BI experience (preferred)
• Prior forklift experience (preferred)
