Plant Manager

We are looking for a Plant Manager to guide the operations of the unit by organizing the activity and workflow of the plant and fostering connection and alignment with other teams. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor degree in engineering or related technical diploma and 7+ years experience with ASU's, pumps, mechanical, electrical. The role will support production excellence in volume and quality, communicate and work closely with customers to nurture strong relationships, and advance site performance through collaborative initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in engineering or related technical diploma
• 7+ years experience with ASU's, pumps, mechanical, electrical
• 5+ years experience in management
• Technical and working understanding of Air Liquide's operation processes
• Prior work with and knowledge of Air Separation Unit
• Ability to read and comprehend key operating documents and to troubleshoot production problems
• Valid employment authorization in the U.S. and must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future
• Good computer skills
• Valid drivers license with good MVR
• Good electrical, instrumentation and mechanical skills
