Job Description
The Plant Manager takes ownership of the day-to-day guidance and support of all plant operations, including the safe and compliant leadership of associate activities in producing and repackaging of compressed and liquid gases into cylinders.
Requirements
- Must possess valid driver’s license and ability to obtain a valid forklift operator’s license
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
