Job Description
Airgas is hiring a Plant Production Manager in Hyattsville, MD to supervise day-to-day activities and manage gas cylinder processing, ultrasonic testing, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Partners with other Plant Supervisors
- Promotes a strong safety and compliance culture
- Assigns tasks to workers
- Studies production schedules
- Implements measures to improve production methods
- Analyzes and resolves work problems
- Trains new workers
- Coordinates inventory levels
- Provides assistance to the Plant Manager
