Welding Sales Specialist

We are looking for a Welding Sales Specialist to join our team. As a Subject Matter Specialist, you will act as a technical support and sales role, providing compelling technical value and evidence-based solutions to customers. You will evaluate customer welding/cutting practices, conduct Weld Surveys and Efficiency Analyses, and recommend meaningful improvements. You will also advance the Airgas Advanced Fabrication Sales Methodology, provide product and application training, and coordinate installation and servicing of fixed and robotic automation projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or equivalent years of formalized welding experience
• Five or more years in B2B or specialized sales
• Reliable transportation, current driver's license, minimum liability insurance as required by state of vehicle registration
