Job Description
We're looking for a Localization Manager who wants to build a modern, AI-driven localization function. The role involves designing scalable processes, introducing automation, and improving quality through data to enable product and commercial teams to launch faster across 18+ languages.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience leading the Localization Function in a scale-up company (preferred) or Localization Projects in an agency.
- Experience working with TMS / CAT tools and localization workflows.
- Curiosity about AI and ability to explore how automation can improve operational scale.
