Job Description
Gameway is seeking a Bookkeeper to join their Grapevine, TX office. The company provides entertainment lounges in airports, equipped with modern gaming consoles, PCs, and high-speed internet. They are growing and aiming to entertain travelers with video games. The role involves managing accounts, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and assisting with payroll.
Requirements
- Bachelor in accounting
- Familiarity with bookkeeping and US GAAP accrual accounting procedures
- Handle invoicing, AP payments, monthly-end closing and reporting
- Assist supervisor in payroll matters
- Experience with POS systems
- Experience with Quickbooks online
- Experience with ADP
- Experience with Bill.com
- Experience in Concur or other credit card accounting tools
- Month end closing experience
