Senior Solutions Architect

Airtable is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to partner with clients, design and deliver transformative solutions, and shape key processes and organisational structure as the company scales. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of solution engineering, consulting or implementation experience supporting Enterprise SaaS platforms, and experience in solution architecture, project management, and database design.

Requirements

• 5+ years of solution engineering, consulting or implementation experience supporting Enterprise SaaS platforms
• 3-4 years of experience in a professional services or consulting role
• Experienced in solution architecture, with a background in Airtable build, delivery, and project management
• Experimenter-level AI fluency and experience building or automating tasks using AI
• Database design and governance best practices and familiarity with Enterprise SaaS technology landscape
• Ability to understand and customise messaging and consulting across verticals, use cases and geographies
• Excellent communication skills, process mapping tools (LucidChart and Visio), project management capabilities
• Adaptability, collaboration, customer focus, and business outcomes
