Design Manager, Controls & Automation

AirTrunk is seeking a Design Manager - Controls & Automation to drive cross-regional standardisation and technical excellence in the design of data centres. The successful candidate will work closely with various teams to develop and maintain design specifications, provide technical support, and develop relationships with internal sub-teams and vendors. The role requires a strong background in large-scale DCS/BMS design, experience with the Tridium Niagara Framework, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in designing large-scale DCS/BMS for mission-critical environments
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant Engineering discipline
• Familiarity with the Tridium Niagara Framework and communications protocols
• Experience with DDC/PLC programming and knowledge of best practices
• Solid understanding of mission-critical Data Centre infrastructure
• Familiarity with relevant codes and standards
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel and work on-site as required
