Requirements
- Relevant degree in Law, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or Engineering
- 12 years of work experience in the construction industry
- Strong understanding of contract management and administration
- Strong communication, negotiation, contract drafting, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated success in directing and influencing multi-disciplinary teams
- Bilingual in Japanese and English
