Job Description
AirTrunk is seeking a talented Senior Legal Counsel to join its Customer Contracts Legal team. The successful candidate will play a key role in advising on complex commercial transactions with global customers seeking to build and expand their hyperscale data centre capacity.
Requirements
- LLB/Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school, with admission to the bar or local equivalent
- Minimum 8 years of experience practicing law (with at least 4 years at a law firm), with a focus on large commercial, real estate or tech transactions
- Strong technical drafting skills with demonstrated expertise negotiating complex commercial agreements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to assess legal and regulatory risks in a business context
