Senior Legal Counsel

The Senior Legal Counsel is responsible to assist in determining all commercial legal activities of the Group and to help ensure that they are carried out in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and charters of the companies within the Group.

Requirements

• Advanced expertise in construction law, including project finance, Joint ventures and consortiums.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex legal issues and provide strategic counsel.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities to represent the organization in high-stakes negotiations and legal proceedings.
• Extensive experience in drafting and reviewing complex legal documents, contracts, and agreements with meticulous attention to detail.
• Leadership capabilities to provide guidance, mentorship, and direction to junior legal staff and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
