Senior Legal Counsel

The Senior Legal Counsel is responsible for determining commercial legal activities of the Group, ensuring they are carried out in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and charters. The role involves assessing, controlling, and determining legal information for stakeholders, giving accurate and timely counsel to executives, and specifying internal governance policies.

Requirements

• Contribute to the development of PIH's vision, mission, and strategy
• Advise, prepare, draft, review, comment, and/or negotiate complex contractual documents
• Provide legal advice and opinions on risks and related commercial issues
• Assist in supporting general business law issues and managing the legal issues of all areas of the Company
• Determine the legal risks connected with or resulting from the business strategy and operations
• Assess the compliance of business operations with relevant laws and regulations
