Job Description
As a Customer Service Executive, you will connect with an international customer base, working in a reputable bank globally. You will attend to inbound calls, provide high service levels, and resolve customer queries.
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree (Minimum SPM holder must have working experience in customer service)
- Must be able to work on rotational shifts
- Excellent communication skills and fluent in English language (spoken and written)
- Available to work at TRX (Tun Razak Exchange)
