Job Description
The PLC Electro-Mechanical Engineer is responsible for supporting production and physical plant equipment at customer sites, maintaining and improving automated aerospace assembly systems, and troubleshooting electrical/electro-mechanical equipment. They must have a thorough knowledge of electrical/electronic and mechanical theory and principles, as well as experience with PLCs and HMI configuration and programming.
Requirements
- Bachelors or Associates degree in related field
- Three or more years experience in PLC and HMI configuration and programming
- Thorough knowledge of electrical/electronic components and equipment
- Proficient computer experience and PLC programming
- Working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems
