Job Description
Cywall is hiring a results-driven Cybersecurity Lead Generation Manager / Business Development Manager to own outbound pipeline generation and engage security and technology stakeholders across multiple channels.
Requirements
- 3–7+ years of experience in cybersecurity sales, business development, SDR/BDR, or lead generation.
- Proven experience generating pipeline via outbound channels (LinkedIn, email, phone).
- Working knowledge of cybersecurity services and terminology (e.g., MDR/SOC, EDR/XDR, incident response, vulnerability management, cloud/network security).
- Comfortable engaging senior technical and executive stakeholders (CISO/CIO/IT Director).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and metrics-driven.
- Experience using a CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
