Requirements

• Current nursing home administrator license in Minnesota (or meet Minnesota licensure requirements)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
• Experience managing budgets and financial performance
• Compassion and respect for the elderly and individuals in need of care
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff, residents, and families
