Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Nursing Home Administrator to lead and mentor staff, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and ensure the delivery of high-quality care across both settings. The role provides oversight of both our Nursing Home (West Wind Village) and Assisted Living (Skyview), located in Morris, MN.
Requirements
- Current Nursing Home Administrator license in Minnesota (or eligibility for licensure)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
- Experience managing budgets and financial performance
- Compassion and respect for elderly individuals and those in need of care
- Ability to collaborate effectively with staff, residents, and families
