We're a global team of over 400 people working on open-source technology and multi-cloud solutions. We're looking for a Senior Talent Partner to join our team in Cork, Ireland. As a pivotal figure in attracting and connecting with the best talent, you'll be responsible for owning the full recruitment lifecycle, attracting top talent, and providing a world-class candidate experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Talent Partner or Senior Recruiter with a strong track record of hiring for a variety of roles within a fast-paced tech company.
• Deep expertise in full-cycle recruiting with a strong understanding of hiring for Sales roles.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative and autonomous mindset.
• Fluency in English is a must.
