Job Description
CloudTalk is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to build high-quality, senior technical teams across CEE and wider Europe. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, proven success hiring engineers and product profiles in Europe, and a strong sourcing mindset. The role requires a strategic, fast-paced, and impact-driven approach to talent acquisition, with a focus on owning senior and leadership searches. The successful candidate will be a trusted Talent Partner to Engineering and Product leaders, advising on market realities, hiring strategy, and closing competitive Tech talent.
Requirements
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with strong exposure to tech hiring
- Proven success hiring engineers and product profiles in Europe
- Strong sourcing mindset - you’re comfortable reaching out to passive candidates daily
- Comfortable owning senior and leadership searches (EM, Director level)
- Ability convey hiring insights using backed by data
- Fluent English (C1+)
