Aizer Health is a top-tier Federally Qualified Community Health Center providing comprehensive primary and preventative healthcare services. We are expanding our Women's Health Department to meet the growing needs of our community. The Midwife will assist in building a high-quality practice within Women's Health, built on a foundation of excellence, compassion, and patient-centered care.

Requirements

• Licensed and registered as a Nurse Midwife in the State of New York
• Proven experience managing low-risk pregnancies
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Commitment to continuous improvement and delivering high-quality care
