Job Description
The Indian Health Service (IHS) is seeking contract general dentists to provide comprehensive dental care in Arizona, Nevada, and California. Contracted providers will deliver routine, emergency, and specialty treatments to a diverse patient population, with sensitivity to cross-cultural differences and the ability to work effectively through interpreters.
Requirements
- DMD or DDS from a CODA-accredited institution.
- Unrestricted any state dental license.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in general dentistry.
- Background check and character investigation as per the Indian Child Protection and Family Violence Prevention Act.
- Credentialing and fingerprinting required before starting.
- Ability to work in Remote Areas and travel if necessary.
