Akido is a healthcare technology company that uses AI to deliver exceptional care. The Associate Operations Architect role will partner with senior operators to streamline healthcare operations and identify inefficiencies. This role has the opportunity to evolve into a management position.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 2-4 years in a fast-paced, high-growth environment in a builder role or supporting new operation development
• 1+ years working in outpatient healthcare in a patient-facing or in an operational support role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for operational efficiency and process improvement
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage stakeholders across different teams
• Technical curiosity and willingness to learn about new tools and technologies
• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining thorough documentation and reporting
• Ability to work onsite in Pomona, CA 5 days a week
