Akido is looking for a Nurse Practitioner to join its Street Medicine team in Kern County, California. The Nurse Practitioner will provide frontline care to patients experiencing homelessness and other vulnerable populations using AI-driven tools.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted California Nurse Practitioner Certificate by the time of hire
• Nurse Practitioner Furnishing Number (California)
• Nurse Practitioner National Certificate
• Registered Nurse License (California)
• 1+ years of experience with and comfort working with CalAIM populations of focus
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Ability to travel up to 75% of work time with valid CA Driver's License, reliable and insured vehicle
