Akido is looking for a Nurse Practitioner to join its Street Medicine team in Los Angeles County, where you will provide frontline care to patients experiencing homelessness and other vulnerable populations, using AI-driven tools and hands-on care. The role involves managing diverse patient panels, conducting patient assessments, and designing care plans that support patients in achieving stability and improved health outcomes.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted California Nurse Practitioner Certificate by the time of hire
• Nurse Practitioner Furnishing Number (California)
• Nurse Practitioner National Certificate
• Registered Nurse License (California)
• Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred
• 1+ years of experience with and comfort working with CalAIM populations of focus
