Job Description
AkzoNobel is seeking a Helpdesk Specialist to support its ColorsMixingMachines (KMM) operations in the Netherlands and Belgium. The role involves resolving technical and software issues for customers, testing and managing software, and providing training. This is an opportunity to contribute to innovative solutions and improve service.
Requirements
- MBO/HBO mechatronics or comparable education
- 5+ years of experience in helpdesk, software management, and testing
- Knowledge of networks, SAP, Microsoft Office, and operating systems
- Experience with KleurMengMachines is a plus
