Job Description
We are looking for a Technical Helpdesk Expert to join our team. As a Technical Helpdesk Expert, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, internal colleagues, and installers.
Requirements
- Bachelor or master's degree in a technical field (electromechanics, HVAC, electricity, or equivalent)
- At least 2 years of experience in a technical customer service, helpdesk, or field service role
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Team player with a proactive attitude and positive mindset
