Requirements
- 1+ years in overall IT support experience
- Experience in client disk encryption, service monitoring, ITSM, and endpoint management tools
- Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering preferred
