IT Helpdesk Specialist

Fortinet is seeking an IT Helpdesk Specialist to provide technical support and administer networks in the Burnaby, BC, Canada. The role involves troubleshooting, user training, hardware/software maintenance, and customer issue resolution. The position requires a team-oriented individual with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• 1+ years in overall IT support experience
• Experience in client disk encryption, service monitoring, ITSM, and endpoint management tools
• Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Excellent customer service skills
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering preferred
