Job Description
Murgado Automotive Group is seeking a motivated IT Helpdesk Technician to support users at its two locations in Virginia. The role involves providing remote support, resolving technical issues, and contributing to overall system efficiency. The ideal candidate will be a skilled problem solver with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Requirements
- Serve as the initial point of contact for technical support
- Provide remote support using RMM tools
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware and peripherals
- Manage user accounts and permissions
- Troubleshoot and support desktop, laptop, and printer issues
