Job Description
We are looking for an HR Business Partner to join our D-A-CH HRBP-Team, responsible for HR-related topics in eastern Germany and nationwide sales department. The role involves advising managers on labor and social law matters, implementing HR processes, and promoting employee engagement.
Requirements
- Completed business studies, ideally with a focus on personnel management or comparable training
- Relevant professional experience in human resources, preferably in a generalist position
- Specialist knowledge in labor and social law, including company constitution and collective agreement law
