Requirements
- Extensive professional experience in operational HR and HR business partnering
- Degree in business, psychology, law, or comparable field
- In-depth knowledge and practical experience in labor law, modern HR instruments, recruitment, and personnel care
- Excellent communication and consulting skills
- Analytical and conceptual skills
- High level of responsibility, flexibility, and resilience
- Very good knowledge of German and English
