Requirements
- Multiple years of experience in HR Business Partnering as a personnel officer or in a comparable role in an international environment.
- Completed studies in Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration or a comparable field.
- Excellent knowledge of labor law and secure handling of complex personnel processes.
- Experience with HR technologies (ideally Workday) and data-driven HR solutions.
- Praxis in organizational and workforce transformations.
- Excellent German and English knowledge, excellent communication and advisory skills, analytical strength, strategic foresight, and a hands-on, team-oriented way of working.
