Mitarbeiter Customer Service (m/w/d)

We are looking for a Customer Service Staff member to provide competent advice and support to our customers throughout the entire order process. Your tasks will include processing and answering customer inquiries, receipt, examination, recording, and complete processing of customer orders, and handling wholesale transactions.

Requirements

• Successfully completed commercial training
• At least one year of work experience in comparable task area
• Secure handling of common MS-Office applications
• Ideal SAP knowledge
• Good understanding of numbers and logical thinking
• Structured and independent working style in the administrative field
• Good communication skills, team spirit, and good time management
• English knowledge desirable
