We are looking for a customer service staff member to provide qualified customer consulting and process inquiries. You will work efficiently and be responsible for the organization of the order process, creation of quotes and offers, and follow-up.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training - desirable from the commercial sector or from the healthcare sector, but not a must.
- First professional experience in the above-mentioned field: Customer Service, Sales Support, Contact Center, or commercial sector.
- Good knowledge of common office tools from Google Workspace (or MS Office), an advantage: knowledge of SAP (SD - Sales and Distribution).
- Good communication skills and a structured and efficient way of working.
- Team skills and flexibility, as well as organization.
