We are growing and looking for a customer service representative to join our team on a full-time and indefinite basis. As a customer service representative, you are responsible for the 360-degree customer care and consulting of end consumers for our innovative products in the Homecare area.

Requirements

• Completed commercial or nursing education
• Customer-, sales- and service-oriented focus
• Passion and interest in the topic of health
• Empathetic, goal-oriented and sovereign communication skills and pleasure in telephoning
• Flexibility, quick comprehension and ability to actively lead conversations
• Fundamental understanding of MS-Office
• Secure German in word and writing; English desired but not necessary
