Job Description
As a Production Manager at AkzoNobel, you will oversee the manufacturing of products according to specifications, drive HSE policy and processes, and ensure production capacity and productivity meet business demand. You will also lead productivity improvement and implement ALPS CI system.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferable major in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
- Good chemical-and process knowledge, deep knowledge of handling hazardous chemicals
- Demonstrated leadership skills in directing a team to solve problems
- Be flexible in terms of changing work patterns according to business requirement
- Team player
- Good command of both oral and written English
