The Production Team Leader is responsible for managing safety, production, quality, and equipment in the production team. They will oversee the production process, ensure quality control, and coordinate with other departments. They will also be responsible for supervising employees, conducting safety patrols, and reporting accidents or incidents.
Requirements
- 大专或本科学历,化学相关专业
- 3年及以上从事粉末涂料的经验
- 或有5年中大型制造业的管理经验
- 具备基本的管理常识和经验
- 有较好的沟通能力、协调能力和执行力
- 能接受倒班工作,每天8小时工作制
