Job Description
Akkonobel is seeking a Production Team Leader to lead its production team, ensuring safe operation and achieving target of TRR = 0. The ideal candidate will have experience in production process of powder coatings and proficiency in computer use. The role requires excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as ability to work irregular hours.
Requirements
- Proficient in the production process of powder coatings
- Master the application and management of PDCA and 5S methods
- Understanding of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 systems
- Basic data analysis skills in Excel or MES system
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Proficient in computer use
- Ability to work irregular hours
- Experience in working with clients
- Good team collaboration and communication skills
- Good work attitude and enthusiasm
