Job Description
Production Operator is responsible for operating production machines, such as pressing machines and crushing machines, to achieve production targets and continuously improve. Responsibilities include supervising product quality during production, improving raw material utilization, and performing daily equipment maintenance and operation.
Requirements
- High school degree or above
- 1-3 years of production manufacturing work experience
- Ability to accept night shifts and overtime
- Good teamwork spirit and willingness to follow leadership arrangements
