Job Description
The Service Advisor will act as a point of contact to the customers, building strong rapport and ensuring their equipment's service needs are understood and addressed promptly and effectively.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor of Automobile/Marine/Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Service Advisor in Generators / Marine engines
- Automotive dealer/distributor business & workshop processes
- Technical Knowledge & Concepts of Diesel Engines, Driveline, Electrical, and spares parts
- Arabic Speaker (preferable) with a professional English level
