Account Executive - Enterprise - Spain 🇪🇸

We are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to engage with Enterprise prospects and turn them into happy Alan customers. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will find leads, understand the needs of our Enterprise prospects, present our delightful product, drive sales and manage key customer relationships until they sign the contract. You will also be expected to understand, embrace and apply the Alan Smart & Soft selling method, and look at the big picture to help us grow and improve as a company.

Requirements

• At least 4 years experience selling to Large/Enterprise companies
• B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably selling to HR
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English & Spanish
• Ability to create a high-touch strategy adapted to each prospect
• Highly organized with exceptional follow-up skills
• Humility on learning from others and on being challenged on your actions
• Ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building
• Willing to go the extra mile
• Strong empathy for customers and passion for revenue and growth
• Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models
• Great attitude and ability to collaborate in a small team
• Desire to learn fast and make an impact from day 1
• Methods for challenging others to improve our product and our strategy in a constructive way
• Interest in being involved in other projects and initiatives
