Healthcare company Alan is seeking Sales Development Representatives to help grow its business in Belgium. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business, qualifying leads, and prospecting for high-growth companies. You will work closely with a team of Account Executives to achieve company objectives and develop a deep understanding of Alan's products and solutions.

Requirements

• Sales / Sales Development Representative roles experience
• Customer-facing role experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (Fluency in English and Dutch)
• Highly organized with exceptional follow-up skills
• Empathy and passion for understanding and solving prospects' problems
• Ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building
