Job Description
Alantra is an independent global financial services firm seeking to hire an Investment Banking Associate to support its M&A and capital raising advisory business in New York. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant experience and a strong background in finance and accounting.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in investment banking required
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred. Focus in business, finance, accounting or similar preferred.
- FINRA Series 79/7 and 63 licenses are required, or to be obtained within the first six months of employment
