Job Description
ALANTRA is a global mid-market investment banking and asset management firm seeking an Investment Banking Analyst to support its M&A and capital raising advisory business. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience and be able to contribute to the group on Day 1.
Requirements
- Conduct industry research and perform individual company analysis
- Develop financial analysis and models
- Support creation of client proposals and presentations
- Manage data room and coordinate due diligence process
- Recruit, supervise, and develop Interns
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
