Job Description
Alantra is seeking an Investment Banking Vice President to join its Healthcare M&A and capital raising advisory practice in New York City. The ideal candidate will bring 6–8 years of relevant investment banking experience, strong execution skills, and a proven ability to originate and lead client engagements.
Requirements
- 6–8 years of investment banking experience in M&A, capital raising, or transaction advisory
- healthcare sector expertise strongly preferred
- Strong academic background; bachelor’s degree required (business, finance, economics, or related field)
- FINRA Series 79 and 63 licenses required (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
