Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in operations, project management, customer service, administrative or analytical role
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- Demonstrated leadership skills and technical proficiency in AI, Microsoft Office, and finance/accounting systems
