Job Description
We seek a compassionate servant/leader to serve as Clinical Director at our facility in Evanston, IL. The role requires a LCSW, LCPC, or similar credential, with at least 2 years of experience in direct care of individuals with psychiatric disorders. The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience and excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- LCSW, LCPC, Licensed Clinical Psychologist, PMHNP, LMFT, or Physician
- At least 2 years of experience in direct care of individuals
- Three years of supervisory experience preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in direct care of individuals with psychiatric disorders
- Experience with evidence-based treatment modalities
- Serve as a member of the leadership team
- Demonstrated ability to act decisively and delegate authority
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
