Clinical Director (Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LPHA)

Greenwood Care, a Specialized Mental Health Rehabilitation facility in Evanston, IL, seeks a Clinical Director (Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts / LPHA) with a passion for providing uncompromising excellence in psychiatric patient care.

Requirements

• Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LPHA) as defined by the Illinois Mental Health Code
• Knowledge and understanding of evidence-based treatment modalities
• Three years' supervisory experience in a long-term care environment (preferably psychiatric care)
• At least two years of experience in direct care of individuals with psychiatric disorders
• Demonstrated ability to act decisively and delegate authority
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
