Clinical Director (Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LPHA)

Wilson Care, a Specialized Mental Health Rehabilitation Facility in Chicago, seeks an Empathic Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LPHA) to direct overall operations and train staff.

Requirements

• Must meet the definition of a Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts as defined by the Illinois Mental Health Code (LCSW, LCPC, Licensed Clinical Psychologist, PMHNP, LMFT, etc.)
• Three (3) years of supervisory experience preferred
• At least two (2) years of experience in direct care of individuals with psychiatric disorders
• Experience with evidence based treatment modalities including wellness recovery action plans, illness management and recovery, dual diagnosis, and trauma informed care
• Serve as a member of the leadership team
• Demonstrated ability to act decisively and delegate authority
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
